XFoam Dust Suppression - Equipment Schematic
The picture shows the Xfoam Generator. This consists of a Metering Unit and in-line Foamer. Correct proportions of compressed air, water and XFoam Agent are mixed and converted to XFOAM. This small bubble pressure foam is directed by pipes to the application point.
Generators can be builtto suit the application allowing dust suppression of materials from a few tonnes to hundreds of tonnes per hour.

For very small Xfoam Output a pre-mix of water/foam agent is pumped through the mixing unit For larger outputs separate controls are used for the control of water and foam agent levels at the mixing unit |
